(Anglais) For more than 2 years, hospitals have been going through the many waves of covid 19. The length of this pandemic crisis is having an impact on mental health of each care professionals. Caught up in powerful institutional myths, these caregivers do not always allow themselves to take the time to settle down and to express their fears and their frustration. How to get out of “The institution sets up a place to take care of its employees and yet contributes to their suffering”? In this communication, we will illustrate a systemic intervention model that has been developed to support several Belgian hospital care teams since the beginning of the Covid-19. In this model, we will develop the use of telepsychology implemented during the first three months of the crisis and then we will illustrate how the model has evolved in a face-to-face setting.
