Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) Pre-trial expertises are well documented but posttrial expertises remain less known. These latter discuss liberation projects of condemned people. A condemnation relies on the idea that the committed crime is a disrespect towards the social contract, according a liberal paradigm. The liberal paradigm implies that people take decision according a rational thinking. The expertise of prisoners take place in this philosophic hypothesis and implies a special transference with the expert that we call liberal transference. Though it is a philosophic conception, it is still actual and gives a special color to the post-trial expertise process. It has also specific consequences to the relation with the expert.
