Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) What talents and working methods will be needed in the future? How do companies become attractive for future generations? How do you live diversity in companies? What can employers do to strengthen democracy? How do we accompany the digital transformation? These are just some of the key questions we will be discussing during the big ZEIT für Arbeit theme week. The moment is opportune: the year 2020 has shown how quickly and agilely the world of work can adapt to new circumstances. At the same time, it is clearer than ever: without diversity and purpose as well as an inclusive and sustainable corporate culture, no company can be successful any more. And that the most important space in the world of work is not the office, but the head of our employees, is a beautiful realisation of the past months. So how do we rethink work? On 2 March, Charta der Vielfalt e.V. will offer exciting insights and practical experiences at the Diversity Business Forum. As part of the digital theme week, Germany's leading business community is positioning itself for diversity and an open business location. Let's shape a diverse future together.
