Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) We consider maps, representing a region under study, and divided into geographic units. Each unit is assessed on an ordinal scale describing e.g. its degree of suitability for some usage, for instance housing, or its state of degradation with respect to sustainable development criteria. After a while, and for example, after the application of some policy aiming at improving the situation, the state of the units has evolved. For some units, the state has improved, and for some others, it has deteriorated. The main question we want to address is to know whether the global state of the region has improved. To answer this, we proposed in a previous work several models to represent a decision maker's preferences on a set of maps. One of these allows to take into account the contiguity of the units on a map. This model is based on the Choquet integral. In this work, we propose an axiomatic characterization of preference relations on maps that can be represented by such a model.
