Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) Since December 2011, the Belgian government has supported the implementation of mobile psychiatric teams funded from the closure of hospital beds. This innovative mobile care project was experienced by the mobile team of Mons Hainaut in Belgium. This process of psychiatric home interventions revive an eternal debate related to personal freedoms and messes up our customary representations of institutional psychiatry. It concerns the history of deinstitutionalization and lead us to wonder about our therapeutic frame and the bond of the relationship between the “medical” caregiver and his patient. Through this article, we illustrate with a clinical situation the concept of therapeutic triangulation; a mediator tool regarding our mobile psychiatric care project.
