Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) Abstract. Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulations offer a practical approach for engineering analysis of turbulent flows, but the uncertainty related to the turbulence model should be quantified when using the results for design decisions. Previously we demonstrated promising capabilities of an approach that quantifies the uncertainty in turbulence and turbulent scalar flux models by perturbing the modeled quantities in the governing equations. This presentation will discuss recent findings from applying the methodology to different complex flow configurations.
