Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) Crisis and emergency management in hazardous industries relies on a particular organization which modifies the companies’ normal operating mode. This kind of organization requires, from a part of the staff, specific knowledge and skills to manage such situations. Yet the training of crisis managers and operator cannot relies only on a transmission of theoretical knowledge. It is thus necessary to integrate, into training programs, simulation exercises which implementation can be long and difficult to allow to reach pedagogical goals. There is a need to simplify their development and exploitation to make them more affordable. To achieve this, it is interesting to identify existence of invariants between exercises to propose a pattern of design, animation and analysis more efficient. Present communication intends to report first results on these invariants observed during exercises realized within five companies SEVESO in Belgium in the context of the Expert’Crise Project.
