Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) Cognitive impairments are now more frequent in our society and can be very disabling. These disorders are a common feature of many neuroinflammatory diseases but the mechanisms involved are still poorly understood. The immune system interacts with the CNS in both physiological and pathological conditions by different mechanisms which are complex and need further investigation. This study will help to better understand the impact of neuroinflammation on neuronal network activity and synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus of a mouse model of CNS chronic inflammatory disease, EAE, and to identify some inflammatory factors which could play a part in cognitive disorders.
