Abstract(s) :

(Anglais) A methodology is presented for the treatment of manufacturing uncertainties, applied to the NASA Rotor 37 transonic compressor. A probabilistic, non-intrusive, collocation method combined with a sparse grid quadrature is applied to uncertainties retained from a Principle Component Analysis (PCA) of the rotor blade surface. The non-deterministic output is evaluated as a mean with attributed variance, and in form of reconstructed PDF’s of output quantities, by means of the Pearson PDF reconstruction method. The scaled sensitivity derivatives on the retained eigenmodes are analysed with respect to their influence on the non-deterministic solution. Recommendations with respect to the number of eigenmodes from the PCA to retain, the choice of eigenmodes and required sparse grid level are provided, based on the performed simulations.
